Religious Education : Faith Formation

The Faith Formation program at St. Thomas Aquinas is designed to prepare 1st graders through 8th graders to be responsible disciples of Christ and to prepare the students for the reception of First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation.

The Faith Fomration Department works with the children’s parents to help prepare parents them for their children’s reception of the Sacraments. The Faith Formation Department also recruits, trains, and supports volunteer teachers and aids for the Faith Formation program.

Requirements for Classes:
1. All students must be members of registered families.
2. All students must supply a copy of their Baptism Certificate. Confirmation students must supply a copy of their Baptism Certificate and First Communion Certificate.
3. Registration form must be completed and sent to Faith Formation office along with all documents needed and payment for classes.
4. All students must be brought to door of classroom by parent/guardian, and picked up at classroom door at end of class.
5. All students are required to attend Sunday Mass.
