Once you log in to your account, click on "Edit account", and then scroll down until you see the section about Substitutes.  If you want to receive notifications about substitute requests, simply click the button.  You can even specify which days and hours you would like to be notified about.  If you do not want to be a substitute, please uncheck the button.
