Columbiettes & Squirettes

Columbiettes

The Columbiettes with the newly forming Squirettes bundling Pillow treats for the Room in the Inn! February 2015

The Columbiettes organization was founded by the Honorable Margaret Mangan, who worked closely with members of the NYS Knights of Columbus. She became the first Supreme President of the Supreme Council of the Columbiettes on December 3, 1960.

Our members are ordinary women who are practicing Catholics, aged 17 and older, who are proud of reaching out and helping those less fortunate in their communities and around the world. They are also committed to the preservation of family. The benefits are many; including spiritual, moral, charitable, educational and social.

Everyone in the Columbiettes participates at whatever level of commitment that makes them comfortable. We offer an opportunity to give back to your community as well as your Parish and at the same time building friendships to last a lifetime.
